Chris Rel and Omni Blaize to Perform During Basketball Senior Day

JAMAICA, N.Y. – York College has a special event planned for senior day when the Lady Cardinals host Brooklyn College on February 12 at 6:00 p.m. Recording artists Chris Rel and Omni Blaize will perform before the women’s game and at halftime.
Chris Rel, a native of the Bronx, recorded his debut rap album “Follow Me” in 2004 and has performed around the globe since. Rel (which is pronounced real) has performed in Sweden, London and in Western Africa. For more info on Rel, view his MySpace page here: http://www.myspace.com/chrisrel
