Position Announcement

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required. 3 years coaching experience or previous high school and/or collegiate softball coaching experience desired.

Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach in running all aspects of a NCAA Division III softball program. The assistant coach should be able to actively participate in daily practices and games. The position would require the coach to assist the coach in organizing, directing and supervising intercollegiate softball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, coaching, player development and training of student-athletes. Candidate must have strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of and ability to apply NCAA and conference rules as they pertain to the softball program.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience

Starting Date:
To begin in the 2012 Softball Season
