Men's Soccer Schedule Now Available Online

The 2009 York College men’s soccer schedule is now available online.  York will open the 2009 season at home on September 2 when they host Old Westbury at 3:30 p.m.  Their conference opener will be on September 17 at Medgar Evers College.   Click here to view the full schedule.

Cardinals Spotlight Returns with Interview with Soccer Coach Kafui Kouakou

Four Men’s Soccer Players Earn CUNYAC All-Star Honors
JAMAICA, NY—The York College men's soccer team has garnered four CUNY Athletic Conference All-Star honors for the 2011 season.  Jaime Hay and Andre Adelson were named to the first team, while Menard Millus and Rachidi Amadou were second team selections.

Men’s Soccer Stunned by Baruch in CUNYAC Semifinals
BROOKLYN, NY— The York College men's soccer team, the #2 seed in the CUNYAC/ Applebee's Men's Soccer Championship, were upset by the third-seed, Baruch College, who dominated the contest, winning by a score of 5-0 at the Aviator Sports Complex Wednesday evening.

CUNYAC Men’s Soccer Semifinals Rescheduled for Wednesday
The semifinals of the CUNY Athletic Conference men's soccer championships, originally scheduled for last Saturday, have been rescheduled for Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Aviator Sports and Events Center in Brooklyn, NY. 
 
York College, the #2 seed will be taking on the #3 seed Baruch College, with a trip to the championship game on the line.  Lehman College and Hunter College will do battle in the other semifinal game at 3:30 p.m., also at Aviator Field.  The winners will face off on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at Randall's Island.

York Soccer Coach Kafui Kouakou Named Chairperson of CUNY University Student Senate
JAMAICA, NY— York College head women's soccer coach and assistant men's soccer coach Kafui Kouakou has earned the prestigious honor of being named the chairperson of the City University of New York's University Student Senate.
