Former York Track Star Michael Brown Featured in Times Ledger after Competing in Jamaican Olympic Trials

Alum Competed in 800-meters

Former York College track star, Michael Brown, who was an All-American during his tenure as a Cardinal, was recently featured in the Times Ledger after competing in the Jamaican Olympic Track and Field trials in his native country this past weekend.

Brown competed in the 800-meter run but failed to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. It was the second time Brown competed at the trials in this event. He also competed in the 2008 Olympic Trials.
